Fahy recommended an oil control serum by The Ordinary, which is available for $6 at Sephora.
She spoke about her favorite aspects of the budget-friendly beauty buy.
“It’s really rare to find beauty products that work and are affordable,” Fahy said.
She explained that her friend originally introduced her to the facial serum.
Fahy broke down her stripped-back skincare routine for her fans.
She revealed that she applies the serum after cleansing and before putting on her SPF in the morning.
The morning isn’t the only time of day Fahy uses the serum, she also applies it at night before her lotion.
Fahy praised the effect the serum has had on her complexion since she began using it.
“It helps with unevenness and smoothing the texture of my skin,” Fahy explained.
She described feeling “totally shocked” by how well the skincare product worked.
Fahy, who has been using the serum for years, said she even gives out bottles of it to her friends, calling it her “go-to.”

While the ingredient is often used to treat aging skin, the professionals revealed that there is currently no research to confirm its effectiveness.
The Skin and Cancer Institute reported on the role of zinc in skincare products.
