RCSO investigating crash in Pittstown, Route 7 closed

PITTSTOWN, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Rensselaer County Sheriff's Office has reported it is investigating a car crash on Route 7 in Pittstown. Police say there was a serious personal injury.

Route 7 is closed in the area of the Tomhannock Reservoir. Police ask drivers to use alternate routes until the road is reopened.
