S13E68 Euro 2024: The Morning After the Night Before – Hungary

Sadly it’s the last of our Morning After the Night Before podcasts and this one feels like the most painful of hangovers as Scotland bow out of Euro 2024 following an agonising 1-0 defeat to Hungary.

John B is joined by Robert McCahill and Kevin Donnelly and we simply go over what went wrong. What tactics should’ve been deployed, were the substitutions too late and predictable, why we only had 17 shots on goal in three matches? The biggest question is is Steve Clarke’s time up? So many questions to be asked.

We end on a positive by rounding up what the tournament meant to us and here’s hoping we get to another major tournament soon.
