Kansas pizza, chicken eateries to feature on America's Best Restaurants

TOPEKA (KSNT) - Two restaurants in Kansas are set to get some special attention on America's Best Restaurants (ABR) later this summer.

ABR announced in two separate press releases that local restaurants in Olpe and Topeka will be featured on its website in July. These are the Chicken House and LaRocca's Pizza.

Filming will take place on location for both restaurants for episodes on the ABR website and social media. These episodes will premier at a later date.

  • LaRocca's Pizza - 9 a.m. to noon on Monday, July 8
  • Chicken House - 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, July 8

Restaurants are selected to appear on the ABR website based on customer reviews from sites like Yelp, their social media activity and level of involvement locally. Customers can also nominate their favorite restaurants online.
