Hochul needs to call the bluff of the MTA fearmongers — and fully kill congestion pricing

Many anti-congestion-pricing advocates are ripping the MTA for issuing stop work orders on non-essential projects, calling it a scare tactic to pressure Gov. Kathy Hochul into reimplementing the plan.
