Sabrina Carpenter Earns First Hot 100 #1 Song, Adds Extra Dates to Upcoming Arena Tour

Sabrina Carpenter’s career just keeps getting hotter and hotter and now she’s leading the Hot 100!

The 25-year-old singer just earned her very first #1 hit song on the Billboard chart with “Please Please Please” from her upcoming album Short n’ Sweet.

The song debuted at #2 on last week’s chart and Sabrina made chart history by also taking the #3 spot with “Espresso.” This week, she has the #1 spot with “Please Please Please” and #4 spot with “Espresso.”

Sabrina wrote on Instagram, “MY FIRST #1 on the @billboard HOT 100!!!!!!! And espresso at #4.. I’m very immensely grateful so i will surely always remember this day for the rest of my life! @jackantonoff @amyallen i deeply love this song and i love you both!!!!! I love our pitchy claps!!!!! In her post, Sabrina also responded to shade from a Twitter troll who reviewed the song by saying, “i don’t think I’ve ever seen someone fumble a second single this hard. my goodness.” She included the screencap of the tweet, clearly clapping back by flaunting the song’s success!

Sabrina is also adding shows to her upcoming tour!
