CONGRATS TO COMPETITORS
Isaac and Alexander competed in a large tournament in South Carolina on Saturday. There were 33 fencers in the DIVIII Mixed Foil. Alexander went 3-2 in his pools, while Isaac went 3-3. Alexander seed 14 out of pools and Isaac seeded 18 out of pools. Alexander and Isaac both got a bye in the first round but lost in the second round. Isaac came close with a 15-14 loss in the second round Alexander took 17th place and Isaac took 19th place.

ALL FENCERS must be USA Fencing Members. This is a requirement for our fencing club to remain in good standing as a USA Fencing Member club.

Most fencers will get the Access Membership. Fencers that plan on competing in Regional and National events will need the Competitive Membership. Here’s how to tell the difference, if you don’t compete or your competition registrations are only on AskFred, then you will only need an Access Membership. If you plan on attending a Regional or National event, and you register for your events on USA Fencing, then you will need a Competitive Membership. You can always upgrade to a Competitive Membership during the year for a tournament.
