I hate my kids & regret becoming a mum…everything my 4-year-old does annoys me, I’m desperate to put her up for adoption

A WOMAN has revealed that she hates being a mother and regrets having children.

Not only this, but the mum explained that not only does her four-year-old get on her nerves, but she’s eager to put her up for adoption too.

Posting on Reddit, on a parenting forum, the anonymous woman, who wrote under the username ‘ImaginationMother689’, opened up about her situation.

Not only did she claim: “I hate being a mum”, but she also wrote: “I have two kids, four and one.

“I hate my kids. I regret becoming a mum.”

The mother candidly added: “My family brings no joy to my life.”

She then explained: “Everything my four-year-old does or says annoys me to my absolute core. 

“I want to put her up for adoption.”

The social media user recognised that many others will be feeling the same way as her, and she wants more people to speak up about having such feelings.

She concluded: “I know there are lots of people who regret having kids. 

“I wish it was more widely spoken about.” 

Reddit users rushed to the comments to share messages of love and support for the ‘exhausted’ mother.

At the same time, many were worried about the woman and advised her to ‘see a doctor’ and ‘get help’.

One person said: “I sincerely hope you’re getting help. Being exhausted is normal.

“Parenting can be incredibly challenging, and your feelings are valid. 

“It might be beneficial to seek professional support to navigate through these emotions and find ways to cope.”
