In 2023, Coleen, 38, had a bumper 12 months with the firm now £534,468 in profit – compared to £117,790 the previous year.

While she has ditched most of the media and fashion work she did a few years ago, CWR 2021 Ltd’s profit appears to have come solely from the “Wagatha Christie” defamation trial against nemesis Rebekah Vardy.

On the back of winning the case, Coleen released a new autobiography My Account and released a Disney Plus documentary The Real Wagatha Story.

Both came out last year and drew significant attention.

The mum-of-four is back to making big cash commercially and now employs six people, according to the latest accounts, compared to none two years ago.

The business has a whopping £455,058 in the bank.

The firm appeared to be close to folding a couple of years ago as it had virtually no capital or assets of its own.

Coleen and Rebekah’s fallout hit headlines in 2019 as Rooney made a very public accusation that Vardy had been “leaking” stories from her private Instagram to the press.

She shared a lengthy message on Twitter outlining the tactics she used to single out whoever was selling these stories.

Rooney revealed that the only viewer of these posts was Jamie Vardy’s wife – Rebekah.

Vardy immediately denied having any involvement.

The Sun previously revealed how are Coleen’s lawyers are contesting having to pay 20 per cent of £320,000 pre- trial costs run up by Becky’s team, saying they are “unreasonable and disproportionate”.
