Man who pleaded to manslaughter, kidnapping in boys' deaths gets 16-year sentence

A man who restrained and bound two teenage boys in his sister’s basement, then helped turn them over to two men who killed them elsewhere received a 16-year prison sentence Tuesday morning in Lucas County Common Pleas Court.
