‘Shhhh! Don’t let the secret out,’ shoppers cry as trick to get $7 dupes of Alo’s trendy $64 T-shirts is revealed
SAVVY shoppers can’t get over a hidden trick to get their hands on an affordable dupe for a popular Alo top.
For just $7, fashion fans can buy a look-alike of a popular $64 T-shirt from Alo.
Alo Yoga currently is selling its Alosoft Finesse Tee for $64 online.
The product description said it is “airy and ultra-soft, perfect for sweaty yoga sequences or completing your perfect street look.”
It is made with a soft, stretchy jersey material.
The casual shirt can be paired with jeans, leggings, or shorts.
Evan Lamicella (@evanlamicella) shared in a TikTok video that there’s a dupe available for a fraction of the price.
He stood in an aisle in Michael’s and pointed to a pile of Bella + Canvas Unisex T-shirts in front of him.
He called it a “quick little life hack for you Alo baddies out there” who are fans of the Alosoft Tee.
To save money, he recommended heading to the craft store Michael’s and purchasing a Bella + Canvas T-shirt instead.
He suggested it as a fiscally responsible move because the owners of Alo also own the company Bella + Canvas.
Bella+Canvas manufactures blank tee shirts and other apparel for wholesalers.
This means that the products and materials used are similar but priced differently for each brand.
“They’re the same exact T-shirts and you can get all these colors for cheap. You’re welcome,” he said.
“Almost all expensive things are made by the same companies who make cheaper stuff,” a TikTok user said.

The Bella + Canvas website also sells some Alo products wholesale, like these women’s leggings.
According to Private Equity Insights, “Alo Yoga is part of Harris and DeGeorge’s company Color Image Apparel, which also includes their Bella+Canvas brand.”

Apparently, this cheap tip wasn’t new and many knew about it already but decided to keep it hush.
