2 injured following assault at Baltimore County shopping center

Two people were injured following an assault at the Valley Village shopping center in the Callaway-Garrison neighborhood of Baltimore County on Tuesday, according to a Baltimore County Police spokesperson.

At around 2:30 p.m., officers responded to the 9100 block of Reisterstown Road. Two adults were found with lacerations to the upper body and taken to area hospitals where they are in stable condition, the spokesperson said.

A police presence can be expected as the backside parking lot is cordoned off as a large crime scene. A backup in traffic is likely.
