The Brazilian beauty, 43, stripped nude for the image — featured on the cover of Vogue Portugal.
Alessandra wrote on Instagram: “As the sun broke through the clouds, I surrendered to the allure of the pristine waters, immersing myself in nature’s splendor.
“Little did I know, our serendipitous moment would become the cover for @vogueportugal – a testament to the beauty and raw power of the natural world.”
Earlier this year, she posed in a bikini to celebrate turning 43.
She marked her birthday with a cake and spent the weekend dancing with pals at the Coachella music festival in California, where she watched 1990s band No Doubt’s reunion performance.
In 2022, Alessandra was honoured for her career and was featured on the cover of a special edition of Glamour magazine.
Alessandra shares two children Anja, 14, and Noah, 10, with ex-fiance Jamie Mazur.
The mum of two is now romantically involved with model Richard Lee.
The couple have been dating since 2021.
