Casualty’s Charles Venn, 51, puts his arm around EastEnders star Danielle Harold, 32, as they leave Tric Awards together
CASUALTY’S Charles Venn got cosy with Danielle Harold after leaving the Tric Awards together.
The soap stars appeared to be deep in conversation as Charles slung his arm over the EastEnders’ actress’s shoulders.
Danielle, 32, looked incredible in an olive-coloured dress that highlighted her figure.
She teamed her outfit with a pair of open-toe black-heeled boots and carried a clutch bag in the same colour.
Her blonde tresses were lightly curled and she framed her eyes with smokey shadow for extra emphasis.
Charles, 51, looked dapper in a black suit with velvet lapels and he added a pink handkerchief to the breast pocket.
The actor spoke about being “happily married” during his time on Strictly in 2018.
He said that he wasn’t worried about the Strictly curse after he was paired with newly single Karen Hauer.
Their chemistry has already been noted by former Strictly pro Brendan Cole, but Charles thinks it’s all “hocus pocus”.
Speaking to The Sun Online on the red carpet of last night’s TV Choice Awards, the star confirmed he is in fact married.
He said: “Wow that quite a compliment that he thinks we’re got the best chemistry.
“I am a very happily married man. I’ve been married a few years now.
“I find the whole Strictly curse is quite funny. I am not really a believer of the hocus pocus, its nonsense.”
He added: “Me and my wife right now are very happy. She’s looking forward to it; she’s been going through dances with me.”
Danielle recently got tongues wagging after she and Bobby Brazier were spotted backstage together.
They first sparked rumours after they were seen holding hands as they partied at the NTAs together last year.
They’ve re-sparked those theories after they were seen hanging out together backstage.
The pair giggled as they mucked around together, with Danielle keeping it casual in a fluffy hoodie and leggings.
“We got there in the end,” Danielle posted alongside the video of the pair on her Instagram stories on Monday night.
She and Bobby were seen holding hands as he fell off the blow-up ball, as the actor smiled towards the camera.
