Draft of Supreme Court abortion ruling appears on court's website

What appeared to be a draft of a Supreme Court ruling on emergency abortions in Idaho appeared on the Supreme Court's website. In the draft, the court let stand a lower-court ruling that emergency abortions can be performed in Idaho. A court spokesperson said the document was posted inadvertently.
