Kandi Burruss Reacts to Kenya Moore's Exit from 'Real Housewives of Atlanta,' Calls It 'The End of an Era'

Kandi Burruss is addressing Kenya Moore‘s exit The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

On Tuesday (June 25), Kenya, 53, was let go from the 16th season reality show following an investigation by Bravo after an incident that stemmed from new cast member Brittany Eady allegedly threatening her early on in the season. Then, Kenya reportedly displayed NSFW posters of Brittany at her hair spa grand opening, which was found to be in violation of the Bravo’s code of conduct.

Following Kenya‘s exit, Kandi, 48, reacted to the news.

Kandi – who announced her exit from RHOA in February – admitted that Kenya “goes far sometimes,” but noted, “I have never known her to make up anything about anybody. And if things are out there about you, when you join a reality show, unfortunately, people are able to pull up things that you’ve done, and share them.”

Kandi also questioned if Bravo could have done more to keep Kenya around, noting that she’s “a major part of the show.”

“I feel like this is the end of an era,” Kandi continued. “I don’t care who disagrees. I feel like it’s the end of an era. It doesn’t matter if you didn’t like her or whatever. You always gonna need somebody who doesn’t mind being real and keeping it 100 on camera, pushing the story, meaning like bringing up things that other people are trying to avoid.”

Kenya recently broke her silence on her exit from RHOA.
