Special Events: A block party and Lavender Fest highlight the weekend

Come to Uptown Toledo on Saturday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. for the 10th annual Adams Street Block Party, sponsored by the Village on Adams. A $5 donation gives you a wristband that gets you into all Adams Street businesses. This family friendly event includes a mini Maker’s Mart bazaar at Handmade Toledo (1717 Adams St.), the notorious dunk tank, food trucks, and a water balloon fight at 6:30 p.m. For more information, visit villageonadams.org.
