China refuses to share doping investigation data on 23 swimmers The China Anti-Doping Agency (CHINADA) refused to comply with a request from the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) to disclose investigation details of 23 swimmers who tested positive for banned substances before the Tokyo Olympics. CHINADA argues the request lacks legal basis and violates the World Anti-Doping Code and athletes' rights.
