Red Bulls transfer Frankie Amaya to Liga MX's Toluca

The New York Red Bulls transferred midfielder Frankie Amaya to Liga MX side Toluca FC, the MLS club announced Thursday.

The Athletic previously reported that Toluca FC are paying the Red Bulls a transfer fee of around $3.5 million.

Amaya, 23, has spent the last four seasons with the Red Bulls, tallying eight goals and 14 assists across 91 appearances for the club. He had one go
