Boots owner WBA shelves sale plans again as UK ops strengthen but US is weak

​Last month we were told that Walgreens Boots Alliance had decided not to launch an IPO for its successful British Boots beauty and health chain but preferred to sell. And now it seems that a sale is off the table too.
