Switzerland vs Italy preview
In-form Switzerland will be hoping to keep their impressive run going when current Euros holders Italy meet them in the first last-16 tie of this competition.
The Swiss were unbeaten in their group and only an injury time Niclas Fullkrug goal in the final round of matches prevented them from beating Germany and winning Group A.
An opening day victory over Hungary was followed by a 1-1 draw with Scotland, in a contest that could’ve gone either way.
But their unbeaten start to this competition means it’s now just one defeat in 17 games for Switzerland across all competitions.
