NBA Draft: Raptors make trade, send McDaniels to the Kings prior to Night Two
Raptors receive Davion Mitchell, Sasha Vezenkov and the 45th pick in the draft from the Kings.
The Toronto Raptors have been on the clock since last night, and their first move comes about an hour prior to the start of round two of the NBA Draft.
The Sacramento Kings are trading Davion Mitchell and Sasha Vezenkov to the Toronto Raptors, sources tell ESPN.

The Raptors made a trade, sending Jalen McDaniels to the Sacramento Kings in exchange for Davion Mitchell, Sasha Vezenkov, and the 45th pick in tonight’s draft.

They retain the 31st pick in this trade, and as of right now will still pick 1st at 4pm.
McDaniels was about to enter year two of a two-year deal, making just over $9 million for both years combined. He did not end up cracking very much into the rotation last season, except for when the Raptors were down to the wire, roster-wise.
There is no indication of if this is the last move Toronto will make tonight. As of now they are picking 31st and 45th in the second round of the draft.
