TRAFFIC RADIO CHARGES STAFF ON POSITIVE ATTITUDE AT FORUM

Lagos Traffic Radio has charged its staff with a positive attitude to work and good behaviour as ambassadors of the station, adding that this will give the agency affirmative narratives in the public space.

Speaking at the Staff Forum for the second quarter of the year 2024 held recently at the Conference Room of the Station in Ikeja, the General Manager of Lagos Traffic Radio 96.1fm, Mr Tayo Akanle expressed his appreciation to the workforce for their endurance, resilience, and cooperation. He further said that all hands must be on deck to ensure the workspace is friendlier while enhancing the service delivery.

Acknowledging the commitment of the workforce, Akanle dedicated the award recently received by the station as the “Most Supportive MDA to the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service at the Lagos International Fire Safety Conference 1.0” to the staff of the station.

To foster continuous professional development and explore best practices, Mr. Ope Amusan, a guest speaker, revealed in his presentation on ‘Attitudinal Change With Developing Positive Mindset About Work’ the importance of having a positive and growth mindset in service delivery. He urged the staff not to aspire to be the best on the team, rather they should aspire to be the best for the team,

The high point of the meeting was the emergence of Abosede Adepoju, Zainab Adebesin and Opeyemi Shodunke as winners of the Staff of the Month Award for April, May and June respectively.
