The 2024 Paris Olympics are officially less than a month away, but the majority of the US teams are only just now being decided. Biles, the most decorated gymnast of all time, will participate in the women's trials on Friday and Sunday, along with fellow champions Gabby Douglas, Suni Lee, and 13 other women. The men's trials, which take place on Thursday and Saturday, will see 20 of the top American male gymnasts compete for spots, including Brody Malone and Frederick Richard. The top competitors at the trials will head to the Paris Olympics from July 26 to August 11 to represent the US on the international stage.

Viewers can expect to see trials for all the categories, including floor routines, high bars, parallel bars, uneven bars, pommel horse, vault, balance beam, and rings. The trials will run until the end of June, at which point the official Olympic team will be solidified. Olympic gymnastics will kick off in Paris on July 27 with the men's qualifying and July 28 with the women's qualifying.

Where to watch US Olympic Gymnastics Trials in the US

The US Olympic Gymnastics Trials take place from June 27 to June 30 across the NBCUniversal umbrella of viewing options. Coverage will be spread across NBC and USA, but everything will be live-streamable through Peacock. Subscriptions start at $5.99 a month, and this will also be the streaming home for the Olympics. The men's trials will take place on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. ET on USA and Saturday at 3 p.m. ET on NBC. The women's trials will be held on Friday at 7:40 p.m. ET on NBC and Sunday at 8:10 p.m. ET on NBC.

If you'd rather tune in through NBC and USA (and get a variety of other channels with a subscription), you can try out a live TV package like Sling TV or Fubo. You'll need to opt for the Sling Blue plan to get NBC and USA, but NBC coverage is limited by region, so you should double-check to ensure you can access it before subscribing. Sling plans cost $40 a month, but you can currently get your first month for half-off. Fubo also carries NBC and USA. Subscriptions are a bit more expensive at $79.99 a month, but the NBC coverage is broader, and the service comes with a one-week free trial for new users.

How to watch US Olympic Gymnastics Trials from anywhere

If you'll be traveling outside the US during any of the trials, you can still keep up with your subscriptions via VPN (virtual private network). A VPN will allow you to change your device's virtual location so that you can still use all of your usual websites and apps while abroad. This suggestion will work best for Americans who are simply traveling away from home right now since the services we've highlighted require US forms of payment. If this sounds like something you might need, we recommend ExpressVPN. It's a straightforward option with a 30-day money-back guarantee. You can find all the details in our ExpressVPN review, and keep reading to learn how to use a VPN.
