Bridgerton's Nicola Coughlan Releases New Song 'Shoes... More Shoes' for Pride Month, Inspired by 'Real Housewives' Singers

Nicola Coughlan is living out her Real Housewives dreams by making a song just for her gay fans!

The Bridgerton actress has recorded the brand new song “Shoes… More Shoes” with DJ and producer Ellis Miah.

The song was created after Nicola gave an interview saying that she dreams of making a song like Real Housewives stars LuAnn De Lesseps and Erika Jayne.

Nicola‘s quote is even recited in the song. She says, “You know when the real housewives release pop songs exclusively for gay men? That’s my dream job! Because they don’t really sing, they just list things… like shoes, private yachts, caviar, more shoes!”

Nicola said in a statement, “I’m so thrilled that my encyclopaedic knowledge of Real Housewives and Drag Race has resulted in one of the silliest, funniest things I’ve ever gotten to do. As a fan of Ellis since ‘Read U Wrote U,” I’m honoured he took a random interview quote from me and turned it into a brilliant way to raise money for two very worthy charities; Not A Phase and The Trevor Project.”
