And it’s certainly easy to apply – and doesn’t require any scrubbing.

Leave it to soak for between two to four hours.
Then you should “rinse thoroughly to reveal a clean and bright outdoor space.”

One happy customer shared before and after photos, and wrote: “I purchased this with some cynicism however the results are remarkable.
“It has brought my patio up like the day I had it laid in 2005.
“Removed all the leichin and other related marks I sprayed it on with a jet sprayer and left it for approx 3 hours.”
Another person added: “I bought this product to use on our patio after pressure washing.
“We couldn’t believe the results: the paving slabs are transformed and look just great.
“We then bought a second bottle to apply to our walls, stone seats etc, with similar results.
How to repair broken patio slabs
THE paving specialists at Simply Paving told Fabulous how you can repair broken patio slabs, without the faff.
The experts advised: “If you have a loose paving slab, then it’s unlikely it can be lifted straight by hand. Instead, you will probably need a hammer and chisel to prise the paver free of your patio.
“To remove loose paving slabs without damaging your flagstones, carefully chip away at the mortar around the paving slab with the plugging chisel and rubber mallet until the slab comes completely loose.
“Then, slide the spade into the gap left by the mortar and prise the paver free of the patio.
“As you lift it up, place a short piece of timber underneath the spade to act as a lever, making it easier for you while protecting the slab underneath.
“When the paver starts to give, place the cylindrical wood underneath it and roll the slab out of the patio.”
“What a find!”
If you are on a strict budget, you could always try using fairy liquid, claims Chris Bonnett of GardeningExpress.co.uk.
The green-fingered expert told The Sun: “There’s no need to splash the cash on a specialist patio cleaning product if you want to get rid of the grime from your slabs.
“One of the easiest methods involves you using washing up liquid.”
Chances are, you’ll already have some at home. But if you do need to buy some, you can pick up a 500ml-bottle for 69p at Asda. If you’re set on buying big brand Fairy Liquid, a 383ml bottle will cost you £1.50 at Asda.
“All you need to do is add a little bit of washing up liquid to the bottom of a bucket, and then fill it with warm tap water,” said Chris.
“Pour the cleaning solution on your patio and scrub with a hard-bristled brush to get rid of any stains and debris.”
At Wilko, you can buy a scrubbing brush for under £2.
