The property has been sat derelict since the mum-of-five was handed the order – which was previously extended by a month.

Today, a lone security guard stood by the gates at the bottom of the lane leading up to the sprawling property.

They watched the entrance after the Horsham home was targeted a number of times in recent weeks.

A large padlock and chain can also be seen securing the front gates to stop any unwanted visitors from trespassing.

Katie was forced to call the cops again as she told fans how she rang cops after the intruder entered her property and parked on the driveway.

Her beloved pink Range Rover also had acid thrown across it by evil vandals.

After that, Katie called the police called when a group of men in a van were spotted on the property’s grounds.

She told her followers: “Rushed to my home after being informed of a white Transit van with eight people not from this area waiting in my grounds.

“A thanks to Sussex police who were instantly there and who are guarding the property.

“After the recent acid attack at the mansion all breaches of security are taken seriously by all now.

“There is 24 hour security now at the property for protection.”

On her podcast, The Katie Price Show, she had a message for anyone who might be eyeing up the Sussex mansion.

“Been in the new house, still got the other house but that will be gone soon. Hate it, absolutely hate it,” she said.

“And just to let everyone know, I will be out of that house so there’s no point going back to rob it because there will be nothing in it,” the mum-of-five continued.

“So the people who threw acid on my car, a lovely company are now repainting it all pink with three layers of glitter and they’re putting purply-black glitter in the wheels so I can’t wait to get that back.”

MOVING DAY

Katie finally moved out at the end of May and is currently renting a four-bed mansion in Sussex.

Pictures last week showed piles of rubbish left discarded around Katie‘s former home as it lies empty.

The the 3.5 acre mansion, which is located in Sussex, also has green algae in the outdoor swimming pool.

The snaps also showed how Pricey left behind a large 5ft glitter sign of her daughter’s name “Princess” in the muck heap by the stable block.

Unwanted sofas and wardrobes lay abandoned throughout the Mucky Mansion.

Katie Price's missing millions

At the peak of her career Katie had an estimated fortune of £45m, thanks to her lucrative modelling career, book deals, and TV appearances.

The cash-strapped mum-of-five was first declared bankrupt in 2019 over unpaid debts of £3.2 million.

In a podcast interview earlier this year she blamed her exes who include Peter AndreAlex Reid and Kieran Hayler and lawyers for her money woes.

She insisted that funding her exes’ lavish lifestyles with cars, watches, luxury holidays and homes left her finances in tatters.

She added: “I went through a breakdown, this is how mine started – lawyers and exes, that is my bankruptcy thing.

“And obviously a bit of HMRC.

“When I had my breakdown, if anyone has been depressed …. I don’t know if you’ve ever had depression…

“It starts with depression and you just want to sleep all day and not talk to anyone, the phone would ring and you wouldn’t answer it.’

Katie was declared bankrupt for a second time in March over an unpaid tax bill of £761,994.05.

The demand for payment was made by HMRC last October.

Katie was due to give evidence about her finances at the High Court but failed to turn up – holidaying in Cyprus with her new man JJ Slater instead.

Her Mucky Mansion was a bomb site for years after it was burgled, flooded and swamped by an overflowing septic tank.

She finally moved out at the end of May and is currently renting a four-bed mansion in Sussex.
