Paul faces up to 11 years in federal prison on the Biden DOJ’s weaponized FACE (Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances) Act and “Conspiracy Against Rights” charges.

As a father of 11, that could mean missing up to 121 birthdays.

As you know, just last month, our client Lauren Handy was sentenced to a brutal 57 months of prison time on the same charges—brought by the Biden’s DOJ prosecutors, who wrongly smeared her as a so-called “violent criminal.”

Paul will walk into the Nashville federal courthouse on Tuesday with his head held high—knowing that God is in control and that he is His obedient servant.

You’re charged, convicted, and could face 11 years in prison—after peacefully praying, singing hymns, worshipping, compassionately counseling women outside an abortion business, and talking to local police about the peaceful nature of a pro-life protest.

These are not federal crimes. Paul never blocked any door or entrance to the abortion mill.

His wife, Bethany, was soon to deliver their 11th child—he wasn’t there to do anything illegal! Yet, Biden’s DOJ charged Paul a year and half after he was at that pro-life demonstration in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, dragged him into court, and convicted him earlier this year.

We need your help to keep up the fight for the brave pro-life advocates who are being targeted by the DOJ with both FACE and federal conspiracy charges, that carry over a decade in federal prison.

Paul may be staring down the possibility of over a decade away from his wife and children, but he does not despair. “The grace of God is greater,” he said. “And if He wants me to have a jail ministry and I get to share with people that are incarcerated, that have no hope… then I’m His obedient servant.”

At Thomas More Society, we are working overtime to win justice for Paul, and will fight to overturn his unjust conviction by striking at the root of the DOJ’s pro-life persecution.

This is going to be an uphill battle. But, I’m confident that we will prevail.

The FACE Act was never a just law. Nor has it ever been constitutional. Now, with the overturn of Roe v. Wade, whatever shaky legal basis there may have been for the FACE Act has evaporated. Abortion protests are political and moral acts, not commercial acts that Congress has the authority to regulate!
