Deputies: Two arrested for having stolen gun in Albany

The Albany County Sheriff's Office reported the arrest of two men following a traffic stop in Albany.

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Albany County Sheriff's Office reported the arrest of two men following a traffic stop in Albany. Juandell Smith, 27, and Kevin Moore, 31, were allegedly in possession of a stolen gun during the traffic stop.

Charges

• Second-degree criminal possession of a weapon
• Fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property

Smith and Moore are currently being detained at Albany County Correctional Facility. They will be arraigned in Albany City Criminal Court on Sunday.
