A string of reality stars – including Ekin-Su Culculoglu, Maura Higgins and Kem Cetinay – have enjoyed successful stints on the show.
A telly insider told us: “Anton’s management is in talks with ITV about landing him a spot on this year’s Dancing on Ice.
“Telly execs are pulling out all the stops to ensure they’ve got the best line-up in town and bagging a Love Island star is guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser.
“The show has welcomed several big-name Islanders over the years and this series is no exception.
“Anton had viewers on the edge of their seats when he returned to the villa for a second shot at love on the All Stars spin-off.
“He’s got the looks, the personality and the charm to win over the Sunday night primetime audience.”
Anton shot to fame on the 2019 series of Love Island but missed out on the prize pot to winners Amber Gill and Greg O’Shea.
During his first stint in the villa, Anton hooked up with glam make-up artist Belle Hassan, 25, before calling it quits on their romance months later.
After finishing as a runner-up on the 2019 series of the ITV hit, Anton was involved with stunning personal trainer Dom Blunska, 25.
However, the pair broke things off weeks before Anton jetted off to South Africa in January for a second shot at love.
Dancing on Ice is expected to return next year.
It comes as Anton wants to finally settle his bitter feud with Love Island rival ‘Messy’ Mitch Taylor — in the boxing ring.
The fired-up hunk vowed: “I want to shut this guy up once and for all — he’s obsessed.”
