Little Mouse’s Encyclopedia and Cat’s Cosmic Atlas are currently on sale in Nintendo’s eShop.

Both titles are PEGI 3 rated, making them ideal picks for little ones.

Little Mouse’s Encyclopedia

Little Mouse’s Encyclopedia is self-described as “ideal for born explorers”.

It lets children roam the forest, gardens and ponds as a brave mouse, while relaxing music plays in the background.

Players can use the magnifying glass to tap things in-game for more information on over 160 different species of plants and animals.

The informative game was inspired by classic fairy tales and the encyclopedia’s children tend to find so enchanting.

“While more interactive encyclopedia than traditional game, Little Mouse’s Encyclopedia has a beautiful aesthetic with an emphasis on learning about nature along the way,” one parent wrote in a review on Metacritic.

“For what it’s worth, my daughter said she would have scored it at seven [out of 10] for its “cute art and mouse”, but by the last area even she was skimming the fact cards and wanting to go back to her regular games.”

Cat’s Cosmic Atlas

Cat’s Cosmic Atlas is a similar interactive adventure game, but this time, kids gets to explore space.

The picture-book style education game offers children interesting facts about each celestial body they encounter on their journey.

It has been described by players as a “children’s book come to life”.

Kids can earn badges to track their discoveries and revisit them later.

“This game is really, really good,” another player wrote in a Metacritic review.

“It feels like a cute children’s book come to life. I love it to death.

“It has a great art style, it’s really cute, it’s informational, it’s fun, I could go on.

“I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who’s curious about the universe.

“[By the way], if you idle for a few seconds, you can pet the cat. Absolutely perfect. 10/10 game.”

The bundle offer ends at midnight on 14 July.
