Hugo Godfroy enters Love Island as a bombshell, hoping to find a partner in Casa Amor.

He’s set to make waves as he enters the villa in search of genuine connections and love.

“I’ll be an honest Islander and I’m never afraid to be myself. 

“I always take people’s opinions on board but I’m not a yes man – I’m going in there to find love and prepared to step on toes to do so,” Hugo shared when asked about his approach in the show.

When it comes to what he seeks in a partner, Hugo’s criteria are straightforward. 

“Someone I can have a laugh with and they don’t take themselves too seriously,” he revealed.

Already eyeing potential matches within the villa, Hugo admits to having a soft spot for Uma.

He said: “I like Uma, I think she carries herself well and seems very respectful. 

“The same with Jess as my type is brunette.”

What does Hugo Godfroy do? 

Hugo Godfroy is a 24 year old electrician from Southampton.

Known for his generosity and ability to get along with anyone, Hugo is clear about his intentions finding “the one” on Love Island. 

“I’ll get on with everyone, I’m very generous but I am definitely in there to find the one,” he said.

Hugo offered a glimpse into his personality that he might feature on his dating profile: “I am massively driven. 

“I love having a purpose in life and it would be nice to meet someone that matches that.”

When is Hugo Godfroy appearing on Love Island?

Hugo Godfroy appears on Love Island from Sunday June 30, 2024 as part of Casa Amor.

During Casa Amor the boys and girls are getting split into two groups and then one group is leaving the villa to a separate one to meet new bombshells.

It is a test to see if the Islanders are tempted to explore new connections or stay loyal to existing ones.

An insider told The Sun about this year’s Casa Amor: ”There’s some girls the lads will recognise – for good and bad reasons.

“Just like how the No Invite Needed approach to this year’s Hideaway is giving the Islanders more freedom to explore their connections away from the rest of the villa, bosses are keen to fully utilise external locations to ramp up the action.”
