Abbie Quinnen strips off to floral bikini after it’s revealed Strictly star’s ex is entering Love Island villa
ABBIE Quinnen shows off her flawless physique in a bikini, as the dancer and ex-girlfriend of former strictly star AJ Pritchard, limbers up for her turn on ITV 2’s Love Island.
The 27-year-old put her washboard stomach and toned abs on display, as she posed in her skimpy floral two-piece, with her beachy blonde tresses swept across her shoulders.
Love Island chiefs are keen to build on the Joey Essex wow factor and have lined up Abbie to be their next celebrity bombshell to cause a stir in the villa.
Although an exact start date has not yet been specified, it is thought that her arrival will be imminent.
Abbie who dated AJ Pritchard for four years from 2018 already has a slight connection to the show through AJ’s brother Curtis who graced the villa and came forth back in 2019.
A source said: “Abbie has become well-known in her own right and after her break up with AJ she fancied a fresh chance at love.
“Joey went in as the first big bombshell and Abbie is waiting in the wings for the call up.
“She has been in talks with Love Island for weeks over being a bombshell and has said she can’t wait to dive in and mix things up.
“When she was with AJ she found out a lot about Love Island through Curtis so she knows what is in store for her.”
Having trained at the prestigious Urdang dance academy in London, Abbie met former Strictly star AJ when they both starred in the Burn the Floor dance tour which also featured an array of Striclty professionals.
The pair were red carpet regulars until they split in September 2022.
The breakup came just a year after Abbie suffered serious burns following a social media stunt that went wrong.
The dancer was attempting to show how a glass bottle could be cut in half and used as a vase.
The stunt involved dipping a rope into a flammable chemical, wrapping it around the bottle and lighting a flame.

But the bottle exploded and Abbie’s torso was engulfed in flames, leaving her with third degree burns.
After spending time on a specialist burns unit at the Chelsea and Westminster hospital in London, Abbie then had 20 follow up appointments and 3 skin grafts.
Speaking about the ordeal, Abbie later said it took her 15 months to look in the mirror again.
