Ballston Lake man arrested again for alleged burglary

The Saratoga County Sheriff's Office reported the June 27 arrest of Shaun Sheriff, 32, of Ballston Lake, following a burglary investigation from June 24.

CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Saratoga County Sheriff's Office reported the June 27 arrest of Shaun Sheriff, 32, of Ballston Lake, following a burglary investigation from June 24. This is the third time Sheriff has been arrested on a burglary charge this month.

Charges

• Third-degree burglary
• Petit larceny

Sheriff is accused of entering and unlawfully remaining in a Stewart's Shop on Longkill Road in Clifton Park, as well as stealing cigarettes. He was already incarcerated in Saratoga County Jail on a separate burglary charge at the time of the arrest.

Sheriff will appear in Clifton Park Town Court at a later date for both cases.
