Usher Joined By Wife Jenn Goicoechea at BET Awards 2024 Ahead of Receiving Lifetime Achievement Award

Usher wears a white blazer and jeans while hitting the blue carpet at the 2024 BET Awards held at Peacock Theater on Sunday (June 30) in Los Angeles.

The 45-year-old entertainer was joined by his wife Jenn Goicoechea at the event, where he is set to receive the Lifetime Achievement Award.

On the carpet, Usher opened up about being this year’s recipient of the award.

“Really happy to be able to receive this award,” he told Billboard. “It’s been an amazing year for me, being recognized by the Apollo Theater, and then this just to add to that incredible moment that I’ve been able to curate over the last 30 years. Really happy to be here to celebrate it with my family, all of the people whom had something to do with this, specifically my mother… It’s gonna be an emotional moment for me, I can already tell.”

He has also already picked up an award, winning in the Best Male R&B/Pop Artist category. Usher is also nominated for Album of the Year, as well as Best Collaboration and Video of the Year for “Good Good” with Summer Walker and 21 Savage.
