She said two budget-friendly oils have enhanced the appearance of her skin over the past 15 years.

“I’m 70 and people think I’m in my fifties,” she said, writing under the handle Silent-Suggestion-85.

“In my youth, I used to buy all the expensive creams and potions, but a friend of mine who had beautiful skin told me her secret, I think it was around 2008.

“So for the past 15 years, I have used plain old rosehip oil and castor oil on my face.

“One squirt of rosehip and one squirt of castor, rub it in all over your face.

“Very hydrating and super inexpensive. I do it at night and then in the morning again, followed by sunblock.”

She confessed that the way the oils look on the skin may not be for everyone.

“Caveat: It is kind of greasy looking if you worry about that kind of thing, which I don’t,” she said.

“So you could just do the rose hip and castor at night, and a regular moisturizer in the day.”

Many people upvoted the post to show their appreciation for the tip.
