My big, bushy eyebrows get so much trolling but Cherly Cole complimented them mid-gig – if she approves, you should too

A HAIRDRESSER has hit back at trolls who judge her big, bushy eyebrows by revealing they have a celebrity fan – Cheryl Cole.

Danielle Palompo, from Aberdeen, was stunned when the Girls Aloud singer complimented her brows mid-gig when the band performed in her hometown last month.

In a video (@daniellepalompo), the 32-year-old mum said: “Cheryl Cole told me she likes my eyebrows.”

She highlighted a sly comment from a social media user which read “what happened to her brows?” while she spoke about her celeb encounter.

Danielle, who co-hosts parenting podcast Keep It Casual, said: “My eyebrows get so much trolling, it’s funny. It doesn’t upset me. But I think it’s funny how much hate they get.

“They are big, they are bushy.”

She added: “I was at Girls Aloud in Aberdeen. It was the VIP bit so I was right up [at the stage]. I could have high fived them all as they were walking up and down the stage.

“They were doing one of their songs and Cheryl did a squat and she was singing and she went [touched her eyebrow], and she thumbs upped my eyebrows in front of the whole of Aberdeen.

“Cheryl Cole is one of the most beautiful people I’ve ever seen in real life so if she approves of my eyebrows, the next person who has a problem with them should talk to her.”

Danielle’s clip has racked up more than 30,000 views, with some music fans revealing they witnessed the on-stage moment.

“Haha I seen her to do that, now I know why”, said one.

A second wrote: “I saw her doing this, amazing.”

Meanwhile, a third added: “Well that’s one hell of a response to a troll comment.”

Danielle gets her brows laminated and uses Got2Be glued hair gel to set them so they “sit in place all day”.

“This stuff is so cheap and it will last you forever”, she said.

She then fills them in with a brow dust to achieve a fuller brow.

And despite the comments from trolls, many beauty fans love her beauty look.

“I love them, love mine laminated too”, gushed one person.

Someone else chimed in: “Love this Danielle!! Cheryl has good taste.”

A third said: “Your eyebrows are honestly 10/10 I don’t get the trolling is that not what lamination is supposed to look like, they are class.”

A fourth echoed: “Your eyebrows are amazing, and so is Cheryl. Iconic.”

While a third commented: “I love your brows. They’re far from bushy, folk need to settle down.”

If Cheryl Cole approves of my eyebrows, the next person who has a problem with them should talk to her

Girls Aloud have joined a worrying number of music acts who have been unable to sell out tickets to their live shows.

The beloved noughties group – comprised of Nadine Coyle, Cheryl, Kimberley Walsh, and Nicola Roberts – are currently on a reunion tour of the UK and Ireland.

It’s their first tour together since the death of bandmate Sarah Harding in 2021.

However, they have been forced to slash their tickets by up to 60% in a bid to fill seats and didn’t manage to sell out their London dates.

Tickets were initially put up for sale for £60 a pop but soon dropped to just £21.38 on ticket sales site AXS, with some areas of the arena only 60 per cent full.
