2.1% of Rs 2000 banknotes, with value of Rs 7,581 crore, still to be returned

New Delhi [India], July 1 (ANI): About 2.1 per cent or Rs 7,581 crore of the withdrawn Rs 2,000 banknotes have not yet been returned to the RBI, about nine months after the deadline to deposit or exchange them at bank branches was over.
