Looking Back At Watch Dogs 10 Years Later

While the Grand Theft Auto franchise has visited and revisited cities from New York, Miami, and Los Angeles while renaming them along the way (Liberty City, Vice City, and Los Santos respectively), what if a city like Chicago were to be featured in the series in some way?
