Brown and Newirth acquired by Allied Gold

Bridal jewellery brand Brown and Newirth has been acquired by bridal manufacturer Allied Gold.

The strategic move ensures that Brown and Newirth remains under British ownership.

The acquisition effective from today highlights both companies’ commitment to “preserving and enhancing British craftsmanship in the jewellery industry”.

Allied Gold and Brown and Newirth have maintained close business ties for many years and both directors have enjoyed working together for over a decade.

Brown and Newirth has collections available in 50 authorised stockists and 30 boutique shop-in-shops nationwide.
