Jeannie Mai’s Daughter Monaco Plays With a Friend Who’s Almost as Cute as She Is

It’s hard to find many things that are cuter than Jeannie Mai’s 2-year-old daughter Monaco. The little sweetie is oh-so-kind, becoming brilliantly bilingual in English and Vietnamese, and has the most beautiful little smile. So we weren’t surprised to see in an adorable new video that Monaco has a sweet new friend who is only almost as cute as she is.

Mai posted a carousel of photos and videos on Instagram that included footage of Monaco — who Mai shares with ex-husband Jeezy — with a little rabbit. She feeds the furry friend and follows after it as it hops away saying, “Hi bunny! Hello!”

It’s so heart-melting and wholesome to see that brave little girl making a new friend all on her own while hilariously walking around in shorts, a tank top, Crocs, and goggles. “Mannn I love Coco! She’s not scared of anything ????,” one follower said. “When she feeds the bunny ????,” another added.

The carousel also includes sweet and selfie mirror selfies of Mai and Monaco in their swimsuits, a video of them riding a little tricycle together, and more.

“Hands down we summer girlies ????✨,” the TV personality captioned her post.

Last month, Mai posted the sweetest Father’s Day tribute to her dad that had us reaching for tissues.

“His unwavering commitment to love is unmatched by anyone I know,” Mai began her touching caption. “He’s the dad who would drive 7 hours just to surprise me when Monaco feels nervous about her swim lessons.”

In the carousel of photos and videos, there are two videos of Mai’s dad bouncing his granddaughter in the pool while she learns how to swim, and it’s clear they have an extra-special bond. “He’s the dad who texts me psychology parenting studies, because he too, wants to upgrade how we parent,” Mai continued. “I say it all the time.. the reason why it’s easy for me to receive God’s love, is because I’ve felt that kinda love from my Dad since day 1.”

And we bet the reason Monaco felt confident enough to approach and feed that bunny on her own is because she has the support of her mom and her grandpa (who’s willing to drive seven. hours.) to make sure she always feels comfortable — even when doing scary things.
