San Rafael Elks 1108 raised more than $5,000 at their annual May Madness fundraiser and membership drive on May 11. The event, which raised money for the lodge, was attended by 200 people on the terrace at the San Rafael lodge, including David Blair, of Corte Madera; Rosina Caleca and Alan Quinton, both of Mill Valley; Sydney Fairbairn, Marisa Hoke, Clay Lansill, Bob Meier and Sean Walsh, all of Novato; Steve Buhler, Angela Gans, Jeanette LoCurto and Danon O’Hearn, all of San Anselmo; Alicia Argueta, John Buckley, Keri and Marco Buoncristiani, Willie Danz, Bill Doyle, Adrienne Dyner, Bella Ferriter, Oscar Gonzales, Tim Johnson, Sylvester McCoy, Stewart Munson, Peter Nielsen, Rich Reesink, Alta Ridley, Diane Shappy, Steve Smith, Janice Varlow and Jessica Wakefield, all of San Rafael; Carmen and Brian O’Connor, of Kentfield; and Art Barton, of Tiburon.
