Julia Butters & Sophia Hammons Film Scenes for 'Freaky Friday 2' at Bookstore in Studio City

Julia Butters and Sophia Hammons have been spotted on set of Freaky Friday 2 for the first time!

The two co-stars were seen hanging out on set of the highly-anticipated sequel to the 2003 Disney movie starring Lindsay Lohan and Jamie Lee Curtis on Monday afternoon (July 1) in Studio City, Calif.

Julia, 15, wore a yellow and red striped polo with a denim skirt while Sophia, 17, wore a light blue top with a navy skirt as they prepared to film scenes outside of Annabelle’s Book Club LA.

Eyewitnesses noticed that the girls were filming scenes inside of the bookstore, where Jamie‘s character Tess Colman was having a book signing for her new book seemingly titled “Rebelling with Respect.”

Production for Freaky Friday 2 officially began last week and Lindsay was spotted on set alongside another cast member.

While plot details for the sequel are being kept under wraps, we do know all of the stars that will be appearing in the movie, including several actors for the first movie!
