LAKE GEORGE, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- Warren County property owners who are delinquent on property tax bills should contact Warren County Real Property Tax Services before Friday, July 12, to avoid foreclosure. Residents can make payment plans and arrangements with county property tax services before this year’s tax foreclosure auction.

Payment plans can be organized with Lexie Delurey of Warren County Real Property Tax Services by calling (518) 761-6466. Payment plans must be made before 9 a.m. on July 12 to avoid a possible public auction of property to recoup unpaid taxes.

The county discontinued its annual last-chance public meeting for tax-delinquent property owners because of a lack of attendance. The yearly property auction is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 19, at the Warren County Municipal Center.
