“We get a completely separate campsite at the top of the festival,” he said.

“Not off-site, still on-site, which is great.

“We get two meal vouchers to use in our canteen every day that we work, plus one on arrival.

“And we also get showers, flushable toilets.”

They also have a crew bar, with “the cheapest beer on the site”, as well as access to other crew bars too.

He also had the opportunity to arrive at Worthy Farm from the Sunday before the festival.

“So I came in on Tuesday before the gates open on Wednesday, meaning you beat all the traffic, you get a free car parking ticket as well.”

To get the job, he had to pay a deposit of £355 – the cost of a ticket to the festival.

“And obviously if you do all your shifts you get your deposit money back, which 90% of us do, 99% of us do,” Owen continued.

“Because if you don’t you get blacklisted and you can’t come back.

“And I believe you get blacklisted for all the volunteering roles.”

People were quick to comment on the video, with one asking; “What is the most bizarre or interesting thing you have found or can you say?”

“A bra full of poo hung in a tree!” Owen replied.

“Fellow litter picker here – love it – I do have feet full of blisters now,” another added.

“What are the shift’s patterns?” a third asked.
