Nikki Glaser's Parents Apologize for 'Gross' Comments About Julia Roberts & Travis Kelce at 'Eras Tour' Show

Nikki Glaser‘s parents are retracting their recent comments about Julia Roberts.

On Sunday (June 30), the 56-year-old Oscar-winning actress was seen hanging out with Travis Kelce in the VIP tent at his girlfriend Taylor Swift‘s Eras Tour concert in Dublin, Ireland.

In a video shared on TikTok, Julia can be seen smiling and laughing with Travis, 34, as they talked as she’s also seen with her hand on his chest with some saying it appeared as though she was caressing him.

After the video of Julia and Travis went viral, Nikki‘s parents had a lot to say, calling the interaction “gross.”

“She’s so gross,” Julie said of Julia, before adding that it was “weird” that the actress appeared to be “itching” Travis‘ chest.

Edward then added that it looked like Travis was “trying to get away” from Julia.

“She’s trying to French kiss him right now!” Julie went on to joke. “Just kidding. She would.”

After Nikki‘s parents’ comments faced some backlash, they issued an “apology.”

In an Instagram video posted on Tuesday (July 2), Nikki wrote in the caption, “My parents finding out their innocuous comments from my IG story got picked up by the press…”

Julie said that she “should’ve said something different than the word gross,” adding, “It’s not a nice word…So, I’m issuing an apology right now for using the word — but I think it was really weird.”

“They didn’t get my quote,” Edward interjected, “where I said, ‘She’s used to people acquiescing to whatever she wants. And then later I said, ‘I’ll acquiesce to whatever she wants.’”

Nikki‘s parents still agreed that the clip of Julia seemingly scratching Travis‘ chest was not something they would do.

Julie added, “Julia Roberts, she’s a good actress. But a terrible flirt.”

Julia Roberts wasn’t the only celeb Travis Kelce was seen hanging out with at the Eras Tour show in Dublin.
