Mets DFA Matt Festa, recall RHP Christian Scott

The New York Mets designated Matt Festa for assignment on Wednesday and recalled fellow right-hander Christian Scott from Triple A-Syracuse.

Scott was named the starter for Wednesday's game against the host Washington Nationals.
