Two men, juvenile arrested on firearm and drug charges
JEANERETTE, La. (KLFY)-- Two men and a juvenile were arrested on firearm and drug charges, according to the Jeanerette Marshal's Office.
With the help of the Jeanerette Police Department, the Marshal's Office arrested Quinton 20-year-old Thompson of Jeanerette, who was charged with possession of Schedule I, possession of a firearm in the presence of controlled dangerous substance, contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile, obstruction of justice and two counts of resisting an officer.
Authorities also arrested 23-year-old Tyrese Thibodeaux of New Iberia. He was charged with no driver's license, switched license plate, three counts of resisting an officer, possession of Schedule I and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.
A juvenile was also arrested and charged with possession of Schedule I, possession of a firearm in the presence of controlled dangerous substance and illegal possession of a handgun by a juvenile.
