The match in October will be the fifth match the team has played in Austin. The previous four matches played in Austin FC's stadium have all resulted in shutout wins for the national squad.

“Fan support for both our men’s and women’s national teams has been outstanding each time they have previously played in Austin,” said Andy Loughnane, Austin FC president. “We look forward to welcoming the men’s national team back to Q2 Stadium to close their trio of fall matches at our home.”

Tickets to the match are now readily available across the country, as fans will have the opportunity to watch the team in action as they gear up for their 2026 World Cup. The U.S. will help host the tournament for the first time since 1994.

“We are excited to complete or fall trio of matches at Q2 Stadium, we think in all ways that Austin is the perfect host. Along with the world-class facilities, the fan support and the atmosphere in the stadium has been incredible every time we play there. We’re looking forward to coming back in October."
