Shoppers rush to Aldi and Lidl to bag school uniform which hits shelves today – and you can dress kids for just £5

ALDI and Lidl’s back to school offering is on sale from today with school uniforms to buy for less than a tenner.

The discount supermarkets are offering £5 school uniforms to parents of children aged from four to 12-years-old.

As part of the Aldi Specialbuys deal, you will be able to buy a sweatshirt for £1.50, two polo shirts for £1.75, a girl’s pleated skirt for £1.75, boys’ trousers for £1.75 and boys’ cargo shorts for £1.75.

Specialbuys are unique and exciting products that you can find exclusively in Aldi stores.

The products are launched in stores every Thursday and Sunday and change every week.

As seasoned shoppers will know when it comes to Specialbuys, once they’re gone, they’re gone.

In a post on Baby Deals UK about the Aldi Back to School Specialbuys, one person commented: “Very helpful as just going to get all these in couple of days.. really appreciate it.. “

Another said: “Perfect for September.”

Meanwhile Lidl’s back-to-school range also hits store shelves from July 4.

Parents may also want to be quick too as the bargain supermarket’s Middle Aisle deals are also only for a limited time and it’s likely to be popular with parents.

The Aldi items are available in-store from Thursday 4 July, but once stocks have sold out, they won’t be replenished.

What’s Aldi’s school uniform offer?

It’s the third year in a row that Aldi has frozen the price of it’s back to school bundle at just £5.

With multiple colourways and sizes from 4 to 12-years old, this year’s bundle features new additions.

Customers are able to pick up two polo shirts, one sweatshirt or cardigan and a choice of trousers, skirt or cargo shorts for a fiver.

Several styles of leather school shoes look smart and are comfortable to wear, so your little one can make the most of their school day, for just £6.99.

If the autumn chill starts to bite, you can pick up a cardigan for just £1.50 to make sure your child looks smart whilst also staying warm.
